About Jenn
Jenn is a consultant, Registered Social Worker, and creative designer with a passion for helping people and organizations navigate complexity in more accessible, meaningful, and human-centered ways. Through 4th House Consulting Ltd., she brings together expertise in accessibility, mental health, communication, education, and design to support both individual growth and organizational change.
With a background spanning healthcare, post-secondary education, vocational rehabilitation, equity initiatives, and creative communications, Jenn approaches her work through both strategic and relational lenses. Whether she is consulting on accessibility and inclusion, supporting individuals through counselling, or creating visually engaging resources and designs, her work is grounded in the belief that people thrive when systems, communication, and environments are designed with care and intention.
Jenn is known for translating complex ideas into practical, approachable solutions that connect with real people. Her work combines creativity, critical thinking, lived experience, and professional expertise to help clients build stronger workplaces, healthier communities, and more meaningful ways of communicating and connecting.
